Levy seem to get good value out of his sales, but as roe says the way he then spends the money leaves a lot to be desired...unless you are a hammer and it's fucking hilarious!

Levy has a reputation for holding on to squeeze every penny out of sales .... Berbatov, Carrick, Modric & Bale and then getting raped on the inferior players he has to rush to sign.
Eric Lamela was £30m wasn't he?
He has said he wouldn't deal with us on Adebayor and personally I think it is embarrassing that we are considering dealing with him on any transfer.

I don't think it's fact that he didn't want to do business with us, moreso he didn't want us getting one over on Spurs by only paying around 50% of Adebayor's wages. He wanted us to pay a lot more than that.
